Module Feature

PJA36100U63AE1 is Schneider Electric PowerPacT P frame electronic molded case circuit breaker.

It is 3-pole, rated current 1000A, rated voltage 600VAC, equipped with Micrologic 5.3P electronic trip unit, supports long time, short time and instantaneous protection function. Built-in Modbus communication interface, can upload current, voltage, power, energy and fault alarm data to SCADA system. It supports I-Line bus mounting or lug connection, optional accessories include auxiliary switch, alarm switch, shunt trip and undervoltage release. It is widely used as main breaker for factory distribution, data center and building low voltage power cabinet.

Working principle

Current transformer inside the breaker samples three-phase current signal and sends to Micrologic trip unit.

When overload, short time delay or short circuit fault occurs, the trip unit outputs trip command to release mechanism, separate main contacts to cut off fault circuit. The communication module transmits real-time electrical parameters and fault event information to upper monitoring system. Mechanical interlock prevents reclosing after fault trip.

Onboard components

Main contact assembly, arc extinguishing chamber, CT current sensor, Micrologic electronic trip controller, Modbus communication board, operating mechanism, trip release coil, auxiliary and alarm contact set, molded insulated housing.

LED indicators

Front LEDs indicate power supply, communication running, overload pre-alarm and fault trip status. Local display screen shows measured values and fault codes.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Built-in supervision detects trip unit power loss, communication failure, CT abnormality and internal circuit error. Fault information can be viewed on local display or EcoStruxure Power software.

Programming software

EcoStruxure Power Commission, used for protection parameter setting, Modbus address configuration, fault log reading and trip curve checking.

Installation

Check phase sequence and torque specification during wiring.
