Module Feature

DS200FCGDH1BBA belongs to GE LCI drive series. It is a GE 6U VME standard gate distribution and status printed circuit board. The board is designed for 6-pulse phase controlled bridge power conversion system, distributing gate trigger pulse signals to power thyristor components. It collects real-time running status and fault feedback signals from power units. Multi-layer industrial PCB with SMD components on both sides, strong anti-vibration and anti-interference capability, suitable for long-term stable operation in large industrial drive cabinets. Widely used in power plant and heavy industry large synchronous motor LCI variable frequency drive control system.

Working principle

The GE DS200FCGDH1BBA board receives control pulse command from main control board. Internal signal conditioning and isolation circuit distribute gate trigger signals to each thyristor. Meanwhile, the board collects feedback status signals of power devices. When power component abnormal state is detected, fault signal will be sent back to main controller, then trigger protection action to shut down drive output and avoid equipment damage.

Installation

Follow strict ESD protection procedure before operation. Cut off all power of drive rack before replacement. Insert GE DS200FCGDH1BBA board into matched VME slot, lock front panel screws. Check all pin connectors fully seated. After assembly, perform signal test before power-on commissioning.
