This compact hot‑swappable I/O pack is installed inside Mark VIe standard I/O cabinet, working with matching analog terminal boards. It receives 4‑20mA and voltage analog signals from field pressure, flow and liquid‑level transmitters, converts analog signals into digital data for controller calculation; meanwhile converts control commands into analog output signals to drive valves and actuators. Dual‑port IONet redundant Ethernet guarantees stable real‑time data interaction with main controller.

Built‑in comprehensive channel self‑diagnosis function, it can detect signal over‑range, open‑circuit and short‑circuit faults, upload fault codes and alarm records.
