This hot‑swappable I/O pack is plugged into Mark VIe standard I/O cabinet, works with matching discrete terminal boards. It acquires digital feedback signals from field limit switches, pressure switches, equipment status contacts, converts contact signals into digital data for controller logic calculation. Meanwhile, it converts control logic commands into C‑type relay output signals to drive solenoid valves, trip relays and auxiliary field devices. Dual‑port IONet redundant Ethernet ensures reliable real‑time data interaction with main controller.
