This relay integrates complete protection, measurement, control and data‑recording functions. It realizes thermal‑model‑based thermal overload protection, locked‑rotor stall protection, short‑circuit protection, ground‑fault protection, phase‑unbalance & phase‑loss protection, over‑voltage/under‑voltage protection and RTD winding‑bearing over‑temperature protection for motors。
It can real‑time collect current, voltage, power, energy, temperature and other operating parameters. Built‑in event log and fault waveform‑capture function store fault‑related data, which helps maintenance engineers quickly locate fault causes and reduce equipment downtime.
The A20 configuration provides four configurable 4‑20mA analog outputs for transmitting key motor‑operating data to upper‑level DCS system. Standard LCD front‑panel supports local parameter setting, status viewing and fault diagnosis. It supports Modbus RTU communication to realize remote monitoring and parameter configuration by host system. It can be configured and maintained via GE EnerVista 469 software。
