Equipped with large rotary worktable for multi-sided machining of large components. CNC system supports multi-axis contouring and automatic tool processing, suitable for precision machining of large castings and forgings. It can be retrofitted with modern CNC control for upgrade.

InstallationFollow heavy machine safety installation procedure. Build reinforced concrete foundation according to machine layout drawings. Position and level machine by precision level instrument. Connect three-phase power supply, hydraulic pipeline, lubrication oil circuit and coolant system. Install and test CNC control system, set axis reference. Perform no-load running test and cutting test to verify machining precision.
