The HIMA F 3237 (F3237) is an 8-channel safety-related input module for HIMatrix/H41q-H51q safety systems.

It connects NAMUR (DIN 19234/EN 60947-5-6) proximity switches and resistor-wired sensors and monitors every line for wire break and short circuit.

A 0 signal detects input current 0.35-1.2 mA; a 1 signal 2.1-6.0 mA; wire break below 0.28 mA, short circuit above 6.5 mA, switching time ~10 ms.

Continuous automatic self-test runs during operation; the module meets AK1-AK6 requirement classes and SIL 3 per IEC 61508.

It serves emergency-stop and position sensing in safety PLC cabinets as spare replacement.
