Working principle

The signal acquisition board collects field sensor analog or digital signals, and the main controller converts them into engineering values.

The system draws real-time trend curves on the screen and stores data in internal memory or external USB medium. When measurement value exceeds preset alarm threshold, sound and light alarm will be triggered. Historical data can be queried, exported and analyzed through local touch screen or upper computer software.

Installation

Cut panel opening according to dimension drawing, insert recorder and lock fixing clips.

Wire each signal channel separately with shielded cable, do not mix power cable and signal cable. Set channel type, range and alarm parameters on touch screen. Regularly export historical data and check storage space.
