Function

MMPMC1200 HMI main control circuit board. It is the core board of MODICON PanelMate CRT operator panel. It processes touch and key input signals, stores HMI screen project, exchanges real-time process and alarm data with PLC through Modbus serial port, and drives CRT display. Onboard backup battery keeps project and runtime data when power fails. Built-in watchdog and hardware self-diagnosis function. Installation

Cut off HMI power before installation. Open PanelMate panel housing, disconnect original board connectors. Install MMPMC1200 mainboard, fix screws and reconnect CRT display, touch/keyboard and Modbus communication cable. Download HMI project, verify screen display, touch response and PLC communication before formal operation.
