Feature & Principle

It belongs to Neles ND9100 series digital intelligent valve positioner. It receives 4-20mA control signal from DCS, compares the set opening value with the actual valve position feedback signal, adjusts the output air pressure of pneumatic actuator through piezoelectric pilot valve, and realizes closed-loop precise positioning of regulating valve. It supports HART remote parameter setting, automatic calibration, valve signature diagnostic test, can detect valve friction, dead zone and air leakage fault in advance. Low power consumption design, strong anti-vibration performance, suitable for long-term stable operation in harsh process sites.
