Neles VG9200 Safety Valve Controller

Feature & Principle

It is an intelligent safety valve controller of Neles ValvGuard series. It integrates solenoid valve, position feedback and diagnostic function. It receives safety control signals to drive pneumatic actuators for emergency shutdown. It supports partial stroke test (PST) to check valve health without full shutdown, complies with SIL3 safety standard, provides real-time valve position and fault diagnosis, reduces risk of ESD valve failure on demand.
