Feature & Principle

It is an intelligent safety solenoid controller of Neles ValvGuard VG9000 series. It is powered by 4-20mA signal loop, built-in microprocessor, realizes valve position closed-loop control and partial stroke test (PST). It can detect the health status of shutdown valve online without full stroke operation, and upload diagnostic data through HART protocol. It integrates solenoid pilot valve, position feedback and fault diagnosis, suitable for SIS safety instrument system, to improve the reliability of emergency shutdown valve.
