Novotechnik Novo Position Transducer

Feature & Principle

Novo is the brand short name of Novotechnik. Its position sensors include conductive plastic potentiometer and non-contact magnetostrictive / inductive solutions. It converts mechanical displacement or rotation angle into proportional analog or digital signal, provides absolute position feedback immediately after power on without homing. Contactless versions have no mechanical wear, suitable for long-cycle continuous operation. Many models support redundant output and meet SIL safety grade.
