Description

FMA5544 is a thermal gas mass flow controller from OMEGA FMA5500 series. It adopts thermal transfer principle to directly measure and control gas mass flow without temperature and pressure compensation within specified range. It is equipped with a tiltable 3.5-digit LCD display and built-in control valve, supports analog signal setpoint and output. This model has been discontinued, widely used for maintenance replacement of gas distribution, laboratory calibration and semiconductor process gas control systems.

Component and Fault Diagnosis
