OPTIMATION 2-A093-0008 is chemical resistant fluid pipeline fitting assembly for semiconductor wet bench. It is used for connecting process liquid pipeline, DI water and chemical delivery piping. The material features excellent resistance against dilute acid, alkali and wet bench solvent. Precision machined sealing structure prevents liquid leakage. Compact size, easy to install and replace. Widely applied in wet bench process tank, chemical delivery manifold and liquid transfer pipeline.

Working principle: This fitting connects two segments of fluid pipeline. Internal sealing structure ensures tight seal under working pressure, prevents liquid leakage. It guides process fluid flow between pipeline components and isolates external environment from corrosive process chemicals. Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Shut down chemical supply and release pipeline pressure. Install fitting into pipeline, confirm fitting direction, tighten connection, perform pressure leak test before system operation.
