Description

SD-1RI is an infrared combustible gas detector of RKI SD-1 series. It adopts non-dispersive infrared measurement principle to detect flammable hydrocarbon gas, supports 4-20mA analog signal and HART communication. It is equipped with explosion-proof flameproof housing, supports non-intrusive calibration and parameter setting by magnetic key without opening the cover. It has built-in self-diagnosis function and alarm relay output, conforms to SIL2 safety standard. It is widely used for gas leak monitoring in petrochemical, oil & gas and refinery hazardous zones.

Component and Fault Diagnosis

It includes IR optical sensor cell, main signal circuit, digital display screen, explosion-proof cast aluminum housing, wiring terminal and magnetic calibration switch. Common faults: Zero drift, gas response failure, HART communication interruption, display blank, internal moisture ingress, sensor aging.
