Feature & Principle

It is a guided wave radar level transmitter of Rosemount 3300 series. It emits high-frequency microwave pulses along the probe. When the pulse meets the medium surface, it reflects back to the electronic unit. The circuit calculates the liquid level height by measuring the time difference of echo signal. It can measure liquid level as well as oil-water interface, not affected by medium density, steam, foam and temperature fluctuation. It has self-diagnosis function, supports remote configuration through HART protocol.
