Sanyo Denki 27BA050FXTH1 belongs to BL Super series high performance digital AC servo amplifier. 3-phase AC200-230V input, 50/60Hz. It adopts vector dual closed-loop control algorithm, supports position, speed and torque control modes. Equipped with RS485 serial communication interface and offline auto-tuning function. Built-in multiple protection functions including overcurrent, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, overload, encoder fault and emergency stop protection. Robust metal housing structure, high electrical isolation, good anti-interference performance. Widely applied to heavy load precision motion axis in semiconductor wet bench and industrial automation equipment.

Working principle

The upper motion controller transmits command signals to this servo amplifier. The drive converts 3-phase AC input power into variable frequency 3-phase AC power to drive matched BL Super series servo motors. Encoder feeds back real-time rotor position and speed signals to the amplifier. High speed closed-loop calculation adjusts output current to realize precise torque, speed and position control. Once fault condition is detected, the amplifier immediately cuts off power output and activates alarm signal.

Installation

Configure servo parameters via SANMOTION software, perform motor jog test and positioning verification before formal operation.
