Module Feature

Sanyo Denki RS1A05AE belongs to SANMOTION RS series compact digital AC servo amplifier. AC200V single/three phase input. It adopts current and speed dual closed-loop vector control algorithm, delivering fast dynamic response and stable low-speed performance. Supports position, speed and torque control modes, accepting pulse train and analog command input. Built-in multi-protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, overload, encoder fault and emergency stop protection. Compact DIN rail mounting structure for easy cabinet installation and maintenance. Widely used for precision motion axis in semiconductor wet bench and chemical automation equipment.

Working principle

The upper motion controller sends motion commands to this servo amplifier. The drive converts AC200V input power into three-phase variable frequency AC power to drive matched SANMOTION servo motors. The encoder feeds real-time rotor position and speed signals back to the amplifier. High speed digital closed-loop calculation adjusts output current to realize precise torque, speed and position control. Once fault occurs, the amplifier cuts off power output immediately and triggers alarm signal.
