Sanyo Denki 61BM030BBAT0 belongs to SANMOTION BM series compact AC brushless servo motor. Rated power 300W, AC200V power supply, low inertia rotor design. Built-in high resolution rotary encoder for closed-loop position feedback. Small square flange structure, compact volume, high torque density, low torque ripple. High precision double ball bearing assembly, excellent vibration resistance and stable low-speed running characteristic. No built-in power-off holding brake, suitable for horizontal axis light load positioning application. Widely used for small precision motion axis in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle: The matched servo amplifier outputs three-phase AC power to motor windings. The built-in encoder continuously feeds rotor angle and speed signal back to servo drive. The drive performs real-time closed-loop calculation and adjusts output current to realize precise torque, speed and position control. Without power-off brake, external mechanical locking device should be equipped for vertical load application.
