Sanyo Denki 61BM030BXAF0 belongs to SANMOTION BM series compact AC brushless servo motor. Rated power 300W, AC200V power class, low inertia rotor design. Built-in 24V electromagnetic power-off holding brake, it can lock the shaft immediately when brake power is cut off to prevent vertical load from falling. Equipped with high resolution rotary encoder for closed-loop position feedback. Small square flange structure, compact size, high torque density and low torque ripple. High precision double ball bearing assembly, good vibration resistance and stable low-speed performance. Widely used for light load vertical positioning axis in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle: The matched servo amplifier outputs three-phase AC power to motor windings. The built-in encoder continuously feeds rotor angle and speed signal back to servo drive. The drive performs real-time closed-loop calculation and adjusts output current to realize precise torque, speed and position control. When the brake power supply is disconnected, the 24V power-off brake locks the motor shaft to keep vertical load position.
