Sanyo Denki 67ZA030A821S00 belongs to SANMOTION 67ZA series compact digital AC servo amplifier. Rated capacity 300W, adopts current and speed dual closed-loop control architecture, fast response characteristic and low speed fluctuation. Compatible with Sanyo Denki Q series and P10 series small frame servo motors. Supports pulse train and analog signal two command input modes. Built-in comprehensive protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, overload, encoder abnormality and emergency stop protection. Working principle: The servo drive receives motion command signal from upper controller. It converts input AC power into three-phase variable frequency AC power to drive matched servo motor. Real-time collects encoder feedback signal from motor, executes high speed closed-loop calculation to adjust output current, realizes precise control of torque, speed and position. Once fault condition is detected, the amplifier will immediately cut off power output and send alarm signal to host system.
