Module Feature

Sanyo Denki P60B18200HBF24 is SANMOTION series high inertia AC brushless servo motor. Rated power 2.0kW, AC200V class power supply. Built-in 24V electromagnetic holding brake, suitable for vertical axis applications to lock shaft and prevent load falling during power failure. Integrated high-resolution rotary encoder for closed-loop position feedback. High rigidity bearing structure, robust against heavy load and vibration. Reinforced stator winding design, excellent continuous torque performance. Widely used for heavy load positioning axis in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle: The matched servo amplifier outputs three-phase AC power to the motor windings. The built-in encoder continuously feeds rotor position and speed signals back to servo drive. The drive performs real-time closed-loop calculation to adjust output current and achieve precise torque, speed and position control. The 24V power-off brake locks the motor shaft when brake power is cut off to secure vertical loads.
