Module Feature

Sanyo Denki PQM0A300EXXYST belongs to SANMOTION series high power AC servo amplifier. It adopts AC200V single/three phase input design, rated capacity 3.0kW. Compatible with Sanyo Denki P series high inertia AC servo motors such as P60B series. Supports three control modes: position, speed and torque. It accepts pulse train command, analog speed/torque signal and serial bus communication command. Built-in comprehensive protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, overload, encoder abnormality and emergency stop protection. DIN rail cabinet mounting, metal reinforced housing for high power heat dissipation. Widely used for heavy load vertical axis and high torque motion control in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle: The servo drive receives motion instruction from upper controller. It converts input AC power into variable frequency three-phase AC power to drive servo motor. Real-time receiving encoder feedback signal from motor, closed-loop calculation to adjust output current, realizing high-precision control of position, speed and torque. When fault occurs, the drive immediately cuts off power output and sends alarm signal to host controller.

Function

PQM0A300EXXYST servo drive manufactured by Sanyo Denki. It serves as power driving and closed-loop control unit for high power servo motor. Improper encoder wiring, mechanical overload or parameter mismatch will trigger servo alarm and stop movement. It is high torque motion control driver for wet bench automation equipment.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Power off the whole servo system. Mount servo drive on DIN rail, keep enough clearance for heat dissipation. Wire AC power cable, motor power cable and encoder feedback cable. Wire control signal and emergency stop circuit. Configure parameters via SANMOTION software, complete jog test and positioning test before formal operation.

Diagnostic
