Sanyo Denki BP060RXB1 #GY-3 belongs to BL Super series high performance AC servo motor. Rated power 0.6kW, 3-phase AC200V power supply, 50/60Hz. It adopts high torque density permanent magnet rotor design, matched with digital servo drive for position, speed and torque closed-loop control. Built-in high resolution incremental encoder for real-time rotor position feedback. Multiple internal thermal and current monitoring protection functions. Working principle

The servo amplifier outputs variable frequency three-phase AC power to drive the motor stator winding. The permanent magnet rotor rotates under the action of rotating magnetic field. The built-in incremental encoder continuously feeds back rotor position and speed data to the servo drive. The drive executes high-speed closed-loop calculation to adjust output current, so as to realize precise torque, speed and position control. When abnormal temperature or overcurrent occurs, the motor triggers protection and stops operation to avoid component damage.
