Module Feature

Sanyo Denki P60B13150HXV21 belongs to SANMOTION P series AC brushless servo motor. Rated power 1.5kW, AC200V power class, medium inertia rotor design. Built-in high resolution rotary encoder for closed-loop position feedback. Standard square flange structure, high torque density, strong overload capacity and excellent dynamic response. Heavy duty double ball bearing assembly, good anti-vibration performance and stable low-speed running characteristic. No built-in power-off holding brake, suitable for medium heavy load horizontal axis positioning applications. Widely used for precision motion axis in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle: The matched servo amplifier outputs three-phase AC power to motor windings. The built-in encoder continuously feeds rotor angle and speed signal back to servo drive. The drive performs real-time closed-loop calculation and adjusts output current to realize precise torque, speed and position control. Without power-off brake, external mechanical locking device shall be equipped when applied to vertical load.
