Sanyo Denki R2AA08075FXR03 belongs to SANMOTION R2 series high performance AC brushless servo motor. Rated power 0.75kW, AC200V power class, medium inertia rotor design. Built-in high resolution absolute rotary encoder for closed-loop position feedback. 80mm square flange structure, low cogging torque, high torque density, strong overload capacity and excellent dynamic response. Heavy duty double ball bearing assembly, outstanding vibration resistance and stable low-speed running performance. Without power-off holding brake, suitable for horizontal axis applications. Widely used for medium light load precision motion axis in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle

The matched servo amplifier outputs three-phase AC power to motor windings. The built-in absolute encoder continuously feeds rotor angle and speed signal back to servo drive. The drive performs real-time closed-loop calculation and adjusts output current to realize precise torque, speed and position control. Winding damage or encoder failure will trigger servo alarm and stop movement.
