Sanyo Denki R2AA22500HCPF0 belongs to SANMOTION R2 series high performance AC brushless servo motor. Rated power 5.0kW, AC200V power class, high inertia rotor design. Built-in high resolution battery-less absolute rotary encoder for closed-loop position feedback, integrated 24V electromagnetic power-off holding brake. 220mm large square flange structure, high torque density, strong overload capacity and excellent dynamic response. Heavy duty double ball bearing assembly, outstanding vibration resistance and stable low-speed running performance. Equipped with power-off holding brake, suitable for heavy load vertical axis applications, preventing load falling once power cut off. Widely used for heavy load precision motion axis in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle

The matched servo amplifier outputs three-phase AC power to motor windings. The built-in absolute encoder continuously feeds rotor angle and speed signal back to servo drive. The drive performs real-time closed-loop calculation and adjusts output current to realize precise torque, speed and position control. When power supply is interrupted, the 24V power-off holding brake will immediately lock motor shaft to hold vertical load securely.

Installation

Configure servo parameters via SANMOTION software, test brake action and perform axis jog test and positioning verification before formal operation.

Diagnostic
