Module Feature

Sanyo Denki RRPAE00 belongs to SANMOTION RR series digital AC servo amplifier. AC200V single/three phase input. It adopts current and speed dual closed-loop vector control algorithm, fast dynamic response and good low speed stability. Supports position, speed, torque three control modes, pulse train and analog command input. Built-in multi-protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, overload, encoder fault and emergency stop protection. Compact DIN rail mounting structure, easy cabinet installation and maintenance. Widely used for precision motion axis in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle

The upper motion controller transmits motion instructions to this servo amplifier. The drive converts AC200V input power into three-phase variable frequency AC power to drive matched SANMOTION series servo motors. Encoder feeds back real-time rotor position and speed signal to amplifier, high speed digital closed-loop calculation adjusts output current to realize precise torque, speed and position control. When fault detected, the amplifier will cut off power output immediately and trigger alarm signal.

Function

RRPAE00 servo amplifier manufactured by Sanyo Denki. It provides power driving and closed-loop motion control for matched servo motors to realize high precision positioning. Improper wiring, mechanical jam or wrong parameter setting will trigger servo alarm and stop axis movement. It is compact motion control unit for semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Power off the whole servo system completely. Mount servo amplifier on DIN rail and reserve enough heat dissipation clearance. Wire AC power cable, motor power cable and encoder feedback cable. Connect control signal and emergency stop circuit. Configure servo parameters via SANMOTION software, perform axis jog test and positioning verification before formal operation.

Diagnostic

Servo not ready:Power supply missing or internal hardware damage.
