Sanyo Denki RS3A03A8AL0 belongs to SANMOTION R series high performance AC servo amplifier. It is AC200V single/three phase input servo drive, equipped with advanced vibration suppression algorithm to reduce mechanical resonance during high speed positioning. Supports position, speed and torque three control modes, accepting pulse train and analog command input. Compatible with Sanyo Denki SANMOTION R series servo motors, supports incremental and battery-free absolute encoder feedback. Multiple safety protection functions: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, overload, encoder abnormality and emergency stop protection. DIN rail installation, compact cabinet mounting structure. Widely used for high precision positioning axis in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle: The servo drive receives motion command signal from upper controller. It converts AC input power into variable frequency three-phase AC power to drive matched servo motor. Real-time collects encoder position and speed feedback signal, executes closed-loop calculation and vibration suppression processing, realizes high precision positioning. When fault detected, the amplifier immediately cuts off power output and outputs alarm signal.

Installation

Configure parameters via SANMOTION software, tune vibration suppression parameters, perform jog test and positioning verification before formal operation.
