Description

140DII33000 is an intrinsically safe digital input module for Schneider Modicon Quantum PLC platform. It provides 8 input channels, designed to receive low-current discrete signals from field equipment located in dust hazardous zones 20, 21 and 22. It features current-limiting and fuse protection circuits to meet intrinsic safety requirements. It communicates with Quantum CPU through backplane rack bus. This module is obsolete and widely used for maintenance replacement of old hazardous-area automation control systems.
