Module Feature

PJA36120U44AFLEX is the I-Line molded case circuit breaker designed for Schneider FlexSeT modular switchboard system.

It adopts Micrologic 6.0A electronic trip unit with LSIG protection functions, supports long-time, short-time, instantaneous and ground fault protection. It is 3-pole, 1200A rated, 25kA interrupting capacity at 600VAC, widely used for industrial and commercial low voltage power distribution.

Working principle

Built-in current transformers continuously sample three-phase load current.

Once the current exceeds the preset threshold, the electronic trip unit sends trip signal to the operating mechanism, opening main contacts to isolate fault circuit. It supports electrical measurement, fault recording and communication expansion for remote monitoring.

Onboard components

Main contact assembly, arc extinguish chamber, CT sensing set, Micrologic trip controller, manual operating handle, I-Line bus connector.

LED indicators

Front LEDs indicate power status, alarm signal, trip indication and communication link status.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Trip unit continuously monitors CT circuit, internal power supply and electronic hardware anomaly, fault records are stored locally.

Programming software

EcoStruxure Power Commission, used for protection setting, metering configuration and fault event analysis.

Installation
