System compatibilityBST0.7S-400V is SEW BST series safety brake module. Compatible with MOVIDRIVE MD60A, MDX61B and MOVITRAC B series inverters and servo drives. Matched with SEW BE/BM series electromagnetic brake. Widely used for lifting,conveyor and packaging machinery safety brake control,legacy equipment maintenance and spare replacement.

FunctionThis safety brake module performs safe energy cut-off for motor electromagnetic brake coil. It can work together with STO safe torque off signal of SEW drives to realize safe brake holding function. It monitors brake circuit status and provides fault feedback signal. It converts input control signal to drive brake coil, with internal fault detection for short circuit and open circuit of brake wiring. Terminal block for wiring, LED status indicators on front panel.

InstallationPower off the power supply before installation. Mount BST0.7S-400V on DIN rail inside control cabinet. Separate high power brake wiring and low voltage safety control wiring. Complete wiring according to terminal definition. Match safety logic with drive STO function, test brake action and safety feedback signal after power on.
