Working principle

Single-phase AC input is rectified into DC bus inside module. IGBT power stack converts DC bus into adjustable amplitude high-frequency three-phase AC to drive synchronous spindle motor. It continuously samples encoder feedback signal to perform closed-loop speed and spindle orientation control. Once overcurrent, overvoltage or overtemperature fault detected, the drive immediately cuts off IGBT output and transmits fault signal to rack control system for safety interlock.

Installation
