Feature & Principle

It is the SIRIUS electronic motor starter series for Siemens ET200SP distributed I/O station. It integrates power switching, current detection and electronic overload protection. It communicates with PLC via PROFINET, receives start, stop and direction commands, and feeds back motor current, fault and running status. Standard and fail-safe versions are optional for safety-related applications. The compact modular design plugs onto ET200SP base unit, saves cabinet space and supports remote diagnostics and firmware upgrade.
