Feature & Principle

It is Siemens SIMATIC S7-400H series redundant CPU 414-4H. It is used for fault-tolerant redundant control system. Two CPUs run synchronously, once the master CPU fails, the standby CPU automatically switches without interruption, guaranteeing continuous operation. It supports S7-400F/FH safety system with F-runtime license. Equipped with MPI/DP and PROFIBUS DP interfaces, two synchronization ports for synchronization modules, it realizes distributed I/O communication and redundant data synchronization, programmed and configured via STEP7 software. This model is discontinued, used for maintenance replacement of old redundant control systems.
