It is the CPU417H redundant controller of Siemens S7-400H series fault-tolerant PLC. Two CPU units work in primary-standby mode and synchronize data via fiber sync link. When the master CPU fails, bumpless hot switchover is triggered to ensure continuous operation of the control system. It supports large program memory, high-speed processing, PROFIBUS-DP and industrial Ethernet communication. Program configuration and diagnosis are implemented via STEP7 software, suitable for occasions requiring high system availability.
