FunctionThis panel-mounted digital PID controller receives analog measurement signals from field transmitters, compares process variable with setpoint and calculates PID output to drive regulating valves. It realizes closed-loop control of temperature, pressure, flow and liquid level. It supports local parameter setting, digital display of process value and setpoint, high/low alarm function and manual/auto mode switching.

InstallationCut off AC power before installation. Insert the controller into cabinet panel cutout and fasten mounting brackets. Wire AC power, analog input, control output and alarm relay terminals following wiring drawing. Configure PID parameters, alarm thresholds and input scaling after power on, then perform loop calibration.
