The SMAR FY301 is an HART intelligent valve positioner from the FY300 series for linear and rotary control valves.

Two-wire 4-20 mA control input per NAMUR NE43 carries superimposed HART digital communication for configuration and diagnostics.

Non-contact Hall effect sensor measures stem/rotary angle; linear stroke 3-100 mm, rotary 30°-120°, repeatability <0.1% F.S.

Built-in flow characterization: linear, equal-percentage, quick-opening plus 16-point custom table; local magnetic-tool adjustment with LCD.

Output capacity 13.6 Nm³/h (8 SCFM) at 5.6 bar supply; air supply 1.4-7 bar (20-100 psi) oil/dust/water free.

It is used as spare replacement on pneumatic control valve assemblies.
