Product Details

3805E is TMR triple‑modular‑redundant analog output module for Triconex Tricon safety instrumented system. It converts internal safety logic digital signals into 4‑20mA analog field signals for process control valve and positioner driving.

8‑channel common‑return output without channel‑channel isolation; adopts 2oo3 hardware voting mechanism,each channel processed by three independent circuit paths; when single leg fault occurs,the module switches within 10ms to maintain normal output without unsafe state. 12‑bit resolution,<0.25% full‑scale accuracy ensures stable analog control performance.

Hot‑swap design allows module replacement without SIS system shutdown. Front‑panel LED displays module running,fault and channel active status,with built‑in channel diagnostic function. External load resistance shall be kept within 250‑1000Ω to guarantee output performance. Widely deployed in petrochemical,oil‑gas and thermal‑power SIS safety racks for safety‑related analog control loop.
