8312 is 230VAC input power supply module for Triconex Tricon SIS safety instrumented system,installed in the left‑hand power slot of Tricon chassis,converts AC mains into multi‑group regulated DC power for rack internal main processor,I/O modules and communication boards.
Supports N+1 redundant parallel running,hot‑swap design allows module replacement without SIS system shutdown. Built‑in variable‑speed fan and complete protection mechanism including over‑voltage,over‑current and over‑temperature shutdown. Front‑panel multi‑LED indicates running,fault,over‑temperature and low‑battery warning status,also provides hard‑wired alarm relay contacts for external alarm system connection.
Not applicable for cabinets requiring ATEX hazardous‑area certification;hazardous‑area scene shall select 8311 24VDC power module instead. Widely deployed in petrochemical,oil‑gas and thermal‑power safety‑critical SIS racks.
