Product Description

Ultima is MSA classic fixed gas monitoring transmitter, widely used for detecting combustible gas, oxygen and toxic gas in petrochemical, chemical, wastewater and other hazardous locations. It adopts XCell sensor technology, supports non-intrusive calibration, outputs standard 4-20mA analog signal with optional HART communication. It can connect to PLC and gas alarm controller system, provides real-time gas concentration and alarm signal, and it is a common maintenance spare part for gas safety interlock system.

Components & Troubleshooting

It consists of gas sensor cell, signal processing mainboard, OLED / LED indicator, explosion-proof housing, terminal wiring cavity and calibration interface. Common faults: Sensor drift, low sensor life alarm, no signal output, communication interruption, blocked diffusion filter, fault alarm.
