VP327 Smart Valve Positioner Inquiry Item

This VP327 is an electro-pneumatic intelligent valve positioner, used for pneumatic linear and rotary control valve stroke closed-loop regulation. It receives 4~20mA control signal from DCS or PLC, compares the set value with the actual valve stroke feedback, and adjusts the air supply pressure of the actuator to realize accurate valve positioning. It supports HART digital communication, local button self-calibration, automatic stroke tuning. Built-in valve health diagnosis function, can detect packing friction, air leakage and actuator abnormal conditions. It can be configured for single-acting or double-acting actuators, suitable for petrochemical, chemical, power and oil depot modulating control loops. It is a common maintenance spare part for regulating valves.
