The Welker IR01TPXD-90 is an IRD-1 diaphragm-operated probe regulator that regulates sample pressure at the probe tip, minimizing line pack and sample retention so the analyzer receives a fast representative stream.

Diaphragm-operated; output range 75-200 psig (5-13 barg); thermal fins mitigate Joule-Thomson cooling; built-in relief port.

Maximum allowable working pressure 5000 psig @ -20°F to 100°F (344 barg, -28℃ to 37℃); Cv 0.092; outlet 1/4" FNPT; pipeline MNPT connection.

It mounts directly in the natural gas process line and feeds downstream analyzers at controlled pressure.
