Module Feature

0J-0N-10236 is factory pre-assembled spare kit for industrial control cabinet.

It is assembled according to OEM drawing specification, integrating signal terminals, shorting bars, small wiring harness, mounting brackets and fixing hardware. The whole set is supplied as one replacement part for cabinet internal modification or maintenance. It supports analog signal, discrete DI/DO and auxiliary power wiring interconnection, designed to match legacy DCS and turbine control rack layout. It is stocked as complete replacement spare to shorten site maintenance downtime.

Working principle

The assembly provides standardized terminal distribution and interconnection path for field signals and controller I/O modules.

Each terminal follows defined pin assignment to route 24VDC power, 4-20mA analog signal and discrete digital signal. Pre-fabricated wiring reduces field wiring error and EMC interference when shield grounding is installed as required.

Onboard components

Terminal block group, shorting jumpers, fixing brackets, pre-crimped small wiring segments, cable ties, mounting screws and locking hardware.

LED indicators

Not applicable, passive mechanical wiring assembly without electronic indicators. Signal health is checked by the host control module diagnostic function.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

No independent self-diagnosis. Acceptance test includes continuity check, insulation resistance test and terminal tightness inspection.

Installation

Cut off cabinet power supply before assembly replacement.

Compare pin definition with original drawing, tighten terminal to specified torque, separate signal cable and high voltage power cable during routing.

Interface

Field signal input terminal, controller I/O matching terminal, 24VDC auxiliary power terminal.

Diagnostic

Intermittent signal: Terminal screw loose, wire crimp failure or conductor fracture. Short circuit fault: Insulation damage, debris between adjacent terminals. High noise: Shield ground missing or single-point grounding violation.
