Module Feature

11305473 is a factory pre-assembled wiring harness spare part for industrial automation cabinet.

It adopts multi-core shielded twisted pair cable structure, both ends pre-crimped and terminated with specified connectors or terminal lugs, fixed wiring length and pin definition according to drawing specification. The overall shielding design suppresses EMC interference for low-level analog signals and digital bus signals. It is used for internal interconnection between controller, I/O module, terminal board and field junction box. This harness is supplied as a direct replacement spare for legacy control system cabinet maintenance.

Working principle

The harness provides stable signal transmission path between different control components.

Shield layer properly grounded to reduce electromagnetic noise induced by variable frequency drives and high-power equipment. Each wire follows defined pin assignment to transmit DC power, analog 4-20mA signal, DI/DO discrete signal or serial bus signal.
