Product Description

3700A is a TMR triple modular redundant analog input module for Triconex Tricon safety instrumented system. It has 32 differential DC coupled input channels, supports 0-5VDC signal from field transmitters and sensors. It supports online hot replacement, built-in per-channel diagnostic function, single fault can not affect normal operation. Widely used in petrochemical, power, refining safety interlock control loops.

Components & Troubleshooting

It includes three sets of independent signal acquisition circuits, backplane communication interface, fault indicator LED, metal shielding housing and termination connector. Common faults: Channel signal deviation, module fault alarm, communication interruption with main controller, no signal acquisition, backplane contact poor.
