L40AWA is an integrated air filter regulator for pneumatic systems. It combines air filtration and pressure regulation functions, which can filter water, oil mist and solid impurities inside compressed air, and stabilize the output air pressure for downstream cylinders, solenoid valves and pneumatic tools. Compact modular design, easy for installation and maintenance, widely used in automation production lines, packaging machinery and machine tool pneumatic circuits.

It consists of filter bowl, filter element, pressure regulating spring, pressure gauge, valve body and drain valve. Common faults: Unstable outlet pressure, water accumulation inside the bowl, air leakage from drain port, clogged filter element, gauge indication failure.
