Product Brief:
1336‑B005‑EAD is NEMA‑1 IP20 enclosed base‑model 5‑HP 460V 1336‑PLUS AC drive full unit, not individual PCB boards. Suffix EAD means NEMA‑1 IP20 general‑purpose metal cabinet. It is bare base unit without factory‑fitted keypad and expansion option boards.
Users need to add external HIM unit (FA2 etc.) for local parameter editing and manual operation. L‑series I/O, encoder feedback and S‑series communication option boards are field‑installable accessories for internal expansion slots.
Internal hardware includes rectifier power stack, IGBT inverter section, main control CPU board, auxiliary power supply and signal sampling circuits. It supports standard three‑phase induction motor control and retains onboard basic analog/digital hard‑wired I/O terminals.
Built‑in protections: over‑current, over‑voltage, under‑voltage, over‑temperature, input phase‑loss, motor thermal overload, ground‑fault protection. Suitable for whole‑unit replacement when multiple internal assemblies get damaged. Backup parameters, check firmware compatibility and finish motor auto‑tuning before commissioning. ESD protection is required during installation and option retrofitting. Signal cables should be shielded and routed separately from power cables.
Commonly used for legacy fans, pumps, conveyors and workshop processing‑equipment overhaul. Users select HIM and expansion accessories according to site actual control requirements.
