1336‑151141 is dedicated snubber and signal conditioning PCB board for 1336 series dynamic braking system,working cooperatively with 1336‑151132,1336‑151133 and 1336‑151135 braking boards. During dynamic‑braking IGBT on‑off switching,high‑amplitude voltage spikes are generated in DC‑bus braking loop. This board absorbs these destructive spikes via snubber circuits to protect braking power devices and sampling channels.

It receives raw high‑voltage sampling signals from braking power circuit,performs RC filtering and signal conditioning,removes high‑frequency interference noise, and outputs stable sampling signals to braking detection board. It avoids sampling distortion caused by switching noise which may trigger false braking overload or over‑voltage alarms.

With reinforced surge‑resistant components for high‑potential environment inside braking power compartment. Matches original installation dimension and connector definition,supports direct replacement without extra modification. Solves typical faults including intermittent braking false alarms,signal jitter of braking sampling channel,spike‑induced damage to braking detection chips.
